2. Where is it?
     It is  situated in the centre of Europe.
3. Is it large?
      It is 603 000 square kilometers.
4. What do you know about the history of Ukraine?
     It was a part of Kyivan Rus.
5. Is it an independent country now?
    Yes, it is an independent country now
6. When do we celebrate  Independence Day?
    We celebrate it on the 24th of August.
7.What is the capital of Ukraine?
    Kyiv is the capital of Ukraine.
8. What are the Ukrainians like? (Які україці по  характеру?)
    Ukrainians are kind and talented.
9. What are the national symbols of Ukraine?
    They are vishyvanka, trident (тризуб) and a yellow and blue flag  that symbolises the blue           sky and yellow fields in Ukraine.
